Fluency

Try Easy Prompter for fluency practice. This web-based teleprompter application is free, doesn't require any plugins or flash and is fully configurable. It's so browser compatible, you can even use it on your iPhone! Just add text, choose font size and text speed. Text speed could be increased as students become more familiar with text through repeated reading. Perhaps this could be coupled with Voki to record students as they read. Then they could self reflect on their progress.

I believe this link will take you to an off-line version of the Easy Prompter.
